Location: Cornford Lane, Pembury, Kent, TN2 4QU

Hours of Work: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week

Salary: £18,720 per Annum



About the Role:




At Aspens we work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, physical
disabilities and other complex support needs.




We are currently searching for receptionist and administrator to support the Aspens front of house reception/ office hub on our
idyllic site in rural Pembury. The site houses a number of residential and supported living services and a large Day Service. The
site is unique for its acres of land, and is also home to many farm animals, woodland walks, play parks and a fantastic café.



Each and every role at Aspens plays a vital role in the support we give the people at access our services, and this role is no
different. As our receptionist/ administrator you will be the first point of call, meeting and greeting all clients, staff and any
other visitors to the site. This means that no day will ever be the same and that you will be able to see first-hand the fantastic
impact that the support we give has on those who call Aspens their home.




Your role will include assisting with all email, telephone and postal enquiries as well as providing general support to the CEO

About You:



As a Receptionist & Administrator at Aspens, you should:



* Be organised and efficient with good attention to detail
* Have a positive can-do attitude and a friendly, welcoming persona
* Be able to work in a partnership as well as in a larger team
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills and well as good IT Skills (particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and
PowerPoint)
