on a flexible bank contract.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the various care services in your area with any gaps in their
rota due to annual leave and sickness. You will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults and young people with a person
centred approach in a variety of different care settings. This includes residential care homes, supported living and outreach
services and day service settings.

* Tunbridge Wells - Supported Living and Outreach Services
* Tonbridge - Supported Living and Outreach Services
* Sittingbourne - Supported Living and Outreach Services
* Edenbridge - Residential Care Services




In the Bank Support Worker role you will be required to read up on support / care plans ahead of arriving and help the regular
team to achieve and empower the people living in the service. This can include delivering personal care, going out on day trips on
one to one or in groups and arranging and partaking in activities all the while promoting and supporting the independence of those
we care for. This is done while ensuring the privacy and dignity of those we support is preserved at all times and completing all
required reports in a timely manner.




Bank Support Workers currently earn £10.00 /hour + travel / mileage expenses + paid training




As a Bank Support Worker you will be well rewarded and offered flexibility to work the hours you can commit to while also facing a
variety of challenges that will proving the age old mantra of care - everyday is different.
