At Aspens we work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and
physical disabilities.




In your role you would join our fantastic team of support staff on our main site in Pembury. Our site is made up of a cluster of
residential and supported living services and is situation on an idyllic former farm, with beautiful woodland walks, farm animals
and a cafe.




Those we support in Pembury and energetic and very active! Along with you daily care responsibilities (including personal care)
you will support residents in activities within the home such as baking, gardening and arts and crafts, and out in the community
with swimming, horse riding and many other exciting activities.




Due to the complexity of their support needs, those we support can often display behaviours that others may find challenging. For
this reason, it is important that you are confident to manage behaviours of concern and are passionate about using positive
person-centred approaches, to minimise behaviours and enhance quality of life.

We have a range of shift patterns on offer depending on your availability. This includes early or late shifts, weekend shifts and
sleep-in shifts.

This role can sometimes be challenging and takes resilience, but equally a passion for supporting others and a desire to do
something both personally and professionally.
