Sodexo are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician/Handy Person in Swindon - SR5 8RU to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our corporate facilities. If you're a problem solver with a knack of fixing things and a can-do attitude, then we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Carry out reactive, proactive and preventative maintenance in a safe responsible efficient manner.
- Maintain, Repair and Improve building fabric, services and systems.
- Tasks will include the need for electrical, mechanical and fabric proficiency together with a flexible can do approach.
- The safe testing, operation and maintenance of plant and equipment
- Carry out all work (electrical, mechanical, fabric, waste or porterage/moves) in a timely, obliging, and supportive manner.
- Provide instruction and guidance for third party engineers, colleagues.
What you bring:

City & Guilds 2360-Parts 1 and 2. Or equivalent Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installation

City & Guilds 2382-18 Level 3 Certificate in the requirements of electrical installations (18th edition wiring regulations)

City & Guilds 2391/ 2395 Level 3 Certificate in Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations

Proven experience in a Electrical/Fabric maintenance position

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent time management and organisational abilities
