The successful candidate will be working within the Nephrology Department on the Royal Liverpool Hospital site. Undertaking duties within the office area and provide clerical duties to ensure the needs of the service are met.

The post holder shall as necessary provide cover for and undertake duties of absent colleagues.
The post holder shall follow all the policies and procedures of the organisation

1. Assist with clerical support in the day to day running of the office area to ensure Service provision is met.
2. Responsible for maintaining accurate filing system, case notes and other relevant documentation.
3. To deal, as appropriate, with enquiries from staff in person and by telephone.
4. Assist with photocopying duties as necessary.
5. To provide support with appointment requests.
6. To be responsible for maintaining the administration and storage of data, in accordance with local policies and procedures.
7. To take responsibility for good housekeeping in the Office / Reception
