What you'll do
You'll utilise in-depth knowledge of bank capabilities to maintain a portfolio of customer relationships and support in managing successful and profitable relationships in a specific sector or geographic segment.
You’ll also:
- Be the coordinating first point of call for specific customer relationships, delivering the capabilities of the bank to appropriately meet those customers’ requirements including delivering sector content and core relationship facilities for these customers
- Provide support in building and maintaining the business with a defined set of customers
- Provide strong analytical capability to understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions to meet those requirements
- Support your colleagues in all aspects of defining target customer segments and commercial bank strategy to deliver to those chosen customers
The skills you'll need
You'll need good knowledge of and credibility within the chosen sector or geographic segment, and good strategic capability and strong origination experience.
You’ll also need:
- A practical understanding of and application of risk management disciplines
- A track record of working with others to build business success
- The ability to develop a good network across the bank to enable customer delivery through aligned bank appetite and capability
