We are looking for an extraordinary VU General Manager to join us in our newest venture at The Tower Hotel - want to be remembered for creating great experiences and beautiful memories for our guests?
The Role
VU General Manager is the senior business leader in VU Bar, upholding all brand standards, core values, while meeting business objectives and exceeding guest expectations! Accountable for managing the day-to-day operation, you will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to identifying and acting on opportunities and challenges to maximize the business' full potential in the market, while working in partnership with the hotel management team and F&B departments.
What we look for
* Extensive wet-led sales experience with a particular focus on high end concepts and service
* Extensive cocktail knowledge with the ability to create & cost bespoke cocktail menus and coach/mentor experienced mixologists
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of P&L accountability
* Strong knowledge of digital platforms and social media platforms
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluency in English
* Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions
