Crynodeb
We are seeking to recruit an Outpatient Clinic Administrator who has a passion for high quality customer care. You will be working as a member of the Trauma and Orthopaedics Team based at Musgrove Park Hospital. This role at Musgrove will be providing reception cover, greeting patients and visitors on arrival, ensuring patient demographics are correct, preparing patient information for clinic, answering telephone queries, arranging patient transport as required, using various Trust computer systems to book and rearrange appointments and supporting the wider outpatient team. You will be dealing with queries from consultants and other Trust staff and will use your initiative to know when help from a more senior staff member is required. Report any complaints/comments or requests to the Outpatient Appointments Supervisor immediately. Have the knowledge and knowhow of when to refer to PALS. Ensure patient identifiable information given, received or held in any form is processed and protected in accordance with TrustPolicy Follow relevant Trust policies and Follow Trust guidelines for administrative and clerical services.
