Your new role:
You will be working within accommodation-based services across Leamington, Stratford, and Warwick, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, manage your own caseloads and play a key role in supporting people to become tenancy and financially ready, with excellent independent living skills.


You will work closely with external agencies and signpost effectively where additional support is needed for physical and mental wellbeing, as well support with accessing Universal Credit and appropriate benefits.

About you:
You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will have strong IT skills, and a great attention to detail, as well as the ability to update and maintain accurate records. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people you work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.


To be considered for this role, you must be:

  • An excellent communicator and listener
  • Empathetic
  • Approachable
  • Agile and flexible to work across multiple sites
  • Experienced in a similar role (this can come from personal or professional experience. Alternatively, if you have experience in Criminal Justice, Police, Prison & Probation, Children & Young People's services - if you work with ex-offenders, or supporting those at risk of re-offending, or if you work with young people or young adults who have experience of gang violence, or are care leavers, then I would love to hear from you)
  • Knowledgeable about the benefits system
  • A driver with a full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits
