Court of Protection Partner: Lead the Way in Protecting Vulnerable Clients
Are you a passionate and experienced Court of Protection solicitor with a drive to build your practice and influence the future of our firm?We are a dynamic private practice law firm in Reading seeking an exceptional Court of Protection Partner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and business-minded individual to take a leadership role in shaping the future of our Court of Protection practice.
As Court of Protection Partner, you will:
- Provide exceptional legal advice and representation to clients with protected characteristics, ensuring their welfare and upholding their rights.
- Develop and manage a strong caseload, drawing upon your extensive experience in all aspects of Court of Protection law.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key referral sources.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Court of Protection practice and the wider firm.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience specialising in Court of Protection law.
- Possess a strong track record of success in complex Court of Protection matters.
- Demonstrate exceptional client care skills and a deep understanding of the needs and vulnerabilities of protected clients.
- Have a confident and persuasive personality with a proven ability to generate new business.
- Be a strong leader with excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
