Location: Nottingham City

Are you a Behaviour Mentor passionate about encouraging progression in your pupils?

This exciting opportunity is perfect for those experienced in working with students who have challenging behaviour or SEND. As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis, fostering growth and positive change. We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team!

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate resilience and confidence in working with children who have behavioural issues or additional learning needs.
- Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to manage small groups effectively.

To be considered for the Behaviour Mentor role, you should have:
- Ideally, a level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education.
- Experience working with challenging behaviour and SEND.
