- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Geography to students
- Develop and implement engaging teaching strategies
- Assess and evaluate student progress
- Provide feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in school events and meetings
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Geography or a related field
- Experience teaching Geography at the secondary level

- Strong knowledge of the Geography curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Organisational and time management skills
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with Geography specialisation
- Experience working in a diverse school environment
- Temporary position with full-time hours
- Classroom-based teaching in a secondary school
- Collaboration with colleagues and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
