The service provides stepped care treatment for people with mild, moderate and severe common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 x Senior Clinicians to join our Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Talking Therapies (CPTT) teams based in Cambridge. However, as a senior clinician you may support wider service as appropriate.

This post holder will undertake duties such as providing line management and clinical supervision to staff in the team as well as deputising for the team leader as appropriate. As a Senior Clinician in the team, a high level of autonomy is required for this post in order to support the leadership of the service and ensure we are achieving monthly performance indicators.

The successful candidate will therefore need to be flexible, evidence reliability and demonstrate the ability to cope with a demanding job. The post holder will be enthusiastic, hard working and able to meet specified targets in order to deliver a high quality Primary Care Mental Health Service to the local population.

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is a health & social care organisation dedicated to providing high quality care with compassion to improve the health & wellbeing of the people we care for, as well as supporting & empowering them to lead a fulfilling life.

To achieve our goal, we look to recruit high calibre candidates that share our vision & values. Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities.
