Work flexibly as part of a Multidisciplinary Team2. Undertake direct patient care as delegated by the professional team and within the individual childs plan of care as appropriate to competency levels.3. To undertake duties appropriate to competency levels e.g. suctioning, gastrostomy feeding, tissue viability care, personal care and other designated nursing tasks.4. Encourage the childs participation with personal and daily domestic activities,5. Supervise the child in activities such as mobilising, bathing and ensure the correct and safe use of patient equipment e.g., hoist, showering equipment and frames.
