Come and work as a Band 5 Physiotherapist in one of the bigger community health care NHS trust, CLCH.

Are you an innovative, enthusiastic, organized and dedicated physiotherapist with astrong interest in general rehabilitationlooking for challenge and improve your rehab skills and experience? Would you like to work in a friendly and supportive team environment? Then this might be the job for you!

We are currently looking for a Band 5 physiotherapists to join our inpatient general rehabilitation team at Furness Ward, Willesden Centre for Health and Care, based in Willesden. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering holistic, client centred and evidence-based care.



Be an active member of the multidisciplinary clinical team, providing a Physiotherapy service within inpatient rehabilitation unit and community

Work within professional standards and clinical guidelines, promote best practice and to undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner including assessing and treating own caseload of clients, with support of senior staff

Be aware of and adhere to professional standards and organizational

Build up and maintain key relationships with referring services and the band 5 rotational services to facilitate appropriate referrals and an understanding of the role of the Physiotherapist and the Multi- professional team

Work in a variety of settings including clinics, client’s own home, residential care home, continuing care homes and community Centre’s

Support self and service development through active participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), In service training, and by participating in any audit or research being undertaken by the service.

Complete a service development project within each rotation

• Be professional and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your own work including the management of clients in your care:
• Ensuring confidentiality at all
• Ensuring a standard of documentation that meets CSP and Trust
• To work autonomously whilst being aware of professional limitations and seeking support as necessary through formal and informal individual sessions with peers/more senior physiotherapists
• To write comprehensive and informative reports, letters and documentation regarding individual client diagnosis, progress and outcomes to a variety of sources ie GP`s, case managers
