The Recruitment Co are looking for a Shift Supervisor for its growing food manufacturing client in Winsford.
This is a permanent position!
Hours of work: 8am until 4pm, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hour working week.
Salary: Up to £30,000, dependent on experience.
The role:
You'll be responsible for managing the production line leaders.
- Working in conjunction with Quality, Technical and HR to ensure all line teams are trained to standard and that skills are balanced across each line. - Managing a team of 25, managing absences and timekeeping.
- Motivating the team by leading morning meetings and keeping training matrixes up to date
- Setting a culture and maintaining audit standards.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working as a supervisor within a production environment.
- Experience working on sage/microsoft systems
- A friendly personality and a can-do attitude.
- A motivating work ethic and the ability to bring the team under that ethic.
