Summary


We have a fantastic opportunity for you to start your career in HR, more specifically Electronic Rostering! This role is key to supporting our fantastic staff to enable them to deliver excellent patient care. It also means you will be part of a team helping to deliver important objectives in the new workforce plan.

You will learn how to utilise the Trust's E-Rostering system to analyse data. You will learn the excellent customer service and prioritisation skills needed to work in a varied and busy environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other corporate teams such as Human Resources, Payroll and Workforce.

The E-Roster Team is part of the Human Resources Department and provides a support function to the entire organisation for Medical and Agenda for Change rota's. This apprenticeship offers a unique and diverse opportunity to develop a full range of skills in this area, with a team that possess a wealth of knowledge, talent and expertise.

This Apprenticeship will be

Apprenticeship Standard – Customer Service Level 2

Provider –Wolverhampton College

Duration – 15 months

The successful applicant will be responsible for customer service duties, taking enquiries from managers and staff. Customer interactions will cover a wide range of situations including; face-to-face, telephone, video call and email. You will also play an important administrative role within the team, completing a variety of clerical tasks in a timely manner, in order to support the team.
