Electrical Estimator – Building Services/M&E contractor
Vector recruitment solutions is acting on behalf of its client who are an M&E Building services contractor.
They are seeking an Electrical Estimator within commutable distance of Cambridge.
Requirements:
- Management of estimating new projects from inception to submission
- Preparing take-offs for LV/MV Cabling and Containment systems from drawings.
- Develop strong inter-departmental relationships working closely with Contracts Managers, QS’s and Design/Engineering department.
- Produce bills of quantities, schedules of work and contractors' proposal documents to support bids.
The Role:
Working within the following environments - Data Centres, Defence, Education, Healthcare, Historic, Industrial, Leisure, Life Sciences, Renewables and Residential
LED energy-efficient lighting solutions, Small Power, Wiring and cable management solutions, LV Distribution, Generator and UPS systems, Fire detection and protection
Salary on offer is negotiable, my client is looking for candidates with extensive electrical estimating experience - £60,000 + benefits
