We are committed to the development of a recovery-orientated service in line with our Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) pathway. Our Recovery College offers an educational approach to supporting people with their recovery journey. Our courses are co-produced by experts by personal experience alongside experts by professional training.  We are looking to recruit applicants with strong demonstrable commitment to recovery with experience of working and or using mental health services. 

The post holder will provide a professional lead in production by developing and supporting Peer Tutors within the Recovery College.  Engage and develop co-productive partnerships with health professionals, external agenciesand organisationsin order tofurther expand the Recovery College and the CEN pathway.  As well as personally develop,deliverand evaluate educational workshops and courses for people with mental health problems,staffandgeneral public.


This role will require substantial amount of travelling across Bedfordshire

Working with the Recovery College Lead coordinator, the post holder will provide support in coproduction within Recovery College. A core task is to establish and maintain governance and support structures to enable Peer Tutors to undertake their unique roles in the services. With the
Recovery Lead to work with young adults (18 to 25 years) who have challenging and complex emotional needs. The post holder will help the development of the role and embed the functions within the service.
Engage and develop co-productive partnerships with health professionals, external agencies and organisations in order to further expand the Recovery College.
Develop, deliver and evaluate educational workshops and courses for people with mental health problems, staff and general public. To undertake this role in coproducing with Peer Tutors.
