About the Role

The role of Senior Support Worker is to lead and work alongside the team with the practical support and care to tenants s including personal, emotional & social care identified in their individual care plan & work within the structure of the Agincare Enable policies and procedures. To participate & contribute into the plans of care to promote an environment conducive to a high standard of care according to the ’ needs and wishes of the clients. To support, the Team Leader to mentor & lead the Support Workers to understand the services day to day activities and meeting the needs of the clients.

Station Road - ME8 7UE

About You

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work is required
