PS LTD are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work for a very reputable client based in Hamble Le Rice, Hampshire.
This role does include warehouse duties as well as admin duties, so must be computer literate.
Duties:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Unload, sort, and store products in designated areas
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment
- Perform inventory controls and keep accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Forklift counterbalance licence advantageous!
MUST HOLD A DBS CHECK! You will not be accepted for this role if you don't hold a valid DBS - Ideally dated in the last 6-8 months.
Hours - 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 & Friday 18:30- 01:30am - to be trained up on the day shift to begin with and then move onto the night shift.
