What you will be doing:



* To develop clear strategies in line with the Operations Director, communicating a clear vision of the strategic direction of
the dealership to the team, in line with the wider business targets.



* In line with this you will need to set clear operational budgets and manage resources to achieve these, aligning each business
unit with our Company vision, ensuring accountability and progression.



* To make commercially driven decisions using the data provided and have a robust approach to personal development and
performance management. With this comes the responsibility that all staff within each team fully adheres to relevant policies
and procedures



* Hold regular reviews with each business unit, provide reports and statistics for the Operations Director, ensuring manufacturer
related bonuses are achieved and audits are successfully passed.
