What you’ll be doing:
* Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPIs are achieved
* Promote the sale of accessories and service packages
* Have a strong understanding of financial and insurance products, ensuring accurate information is provided when negotiating
deals
* Assist and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis
* Supply forecasting trends and address shortfalls if applicable
* Support management to help coach and develop the skills of the sales team
What we need from you:
* Experienced highly successful Sales Manager, driven to exceed set sales targets and KPIs, ability to lead by example
* Have a complete understanding of Inventory management, fluent in purchasing used car stock, competent in vehicle valuations,
and vehicle presentation
* Understanding of competitor strategies, working to a Pricing Strategy, keeping on top of market conditions
* Previous experience with a volume brand, deal book management, working to a high preparation standard, an understanding of
Digital Presence
* Exceptional interpersonal and team skills, committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service
* A full manual driving licence
