We’re now seeking a Gas Engineer – someone to carry out and complete Gas Home Safety Checks and Services, Gas / Heating Breakdowns, full or partial Gas and/or Hot Water Installation work and work on any other Gas or Water appliances within the GCH property portfolio. This includes working in customers’ homes and commercial premises in accordance with our prescribed work schedules, the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) regulations 1998 and to GCH’s established standard policy & procedures set for delivery of exceptional customer service.

We’d like you to…

Hold the following qualifications;
ACS
CCN1
CENWAT
CKR1
HRT1
CPA1
Have proven experience carrying out Gas services and breakdowns.
Have good knowledge of the Social Housing sector.
Be able to observe and comply with policies and procedures for Health & Safety at Work.
Be knowledgeable to be able to work on all Gas appliances presented to you.
Have basic electrical knowledge and extensive knowledge around heating controls and wiring diagrams.
