Temporary Business Support Officers/Administrator x 3 – Resources

Pay Rate: £12.59 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Role Length: This opening assignment is for 2-3 month

City: Poole, Dorset

Part time hours available.

The purpose of the role is to carry out a range of technical administrative and function related duties such as finance etc for the department with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 GCSE Grade 4 / C or equivalent including Maths, English and Science.
2 A Levels, NVQ 2/3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Experience of working in an admin office undertaking technical admin duties such as writing bespoke letters, account maintenance and reconciliation, processing payroll payments etc.
A good knowledge of specific functions i.e. payroll, HR creditors etc if requested.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Good knowledge of administrative practices, processes and procedures within an office environment.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
