VIVO, a 50:50 joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, has been awarded places on the Defence FM and Housing Maintenance framework contracts.
Contract Type:  Full Time, Permanent
Location: Puckridge Barracks, Aldershot, GU11 2HL
Working Hours:  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch break)
Salary:  Up to £31,000 dependent on experience

Here at VIVO we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Team Leader to join our expanding Regional Service Centre Team.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting a dynamic team, with a focus on improving business operations and customer experience.
Your main responsibility will be to provide day to day support and highlight the current work focuses to the team, whilst supporting them with dealing with queries and escalated issues. A pivotal part of this role is to champion an environment of continuous improvement, through modelling VIVO values and coaching whilst measuring team and individual performance.

Your other key responsibilities would include; 


- To ensure client driven KPI’s are met through effective jeopardy management
- To work in a collaborative and supportive way with internal colleagues, partners and other stakeholders as well as our client, to ensure the best possible experience is achieved for our families
- To carry out administration duties
- To undertake monthly 1-2-1’s/team meetings to update on performance and any training requirements

What you’ll need to do this role

You will need experience in scheduling within a planned and maintenance environment

Experience in leading a team

Previous use of using Excel and Microsoft packages  It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility   You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.      What we offer
