Staff have high expectations for all students and work enthusiastically to continue raising attainment and achievement.We are looking for a dynamic, organised who are passionate about improving the lives of young people. Working closely with the Deputy Head of School, Faculty Leaders and Subject Leaders, you will plan, manage and coordinate additional academic provision for our students. The role primarily is to establish support for struggling students to reach their potential.This will be a permanent post to work 37 hours Mon to Fri 8.15am to 4.15pm term time only. The salary for this Post is Grade 7.Point 13 (points 13-17) £26,873 pro rata (actual salary £22,717)What we are looking for someone who has:
