YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for someone who possesses a nurturing personality, a genuine passion for caring for children and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of Early Years Education.
You will work collaboratively with other members of your teams to engage children in stimulating activities to foster their creativity. You will have the flexibility to adapt your approach to suit the needs of each child, possess compassion and empathy, and, demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to the safety and well-being of the children. This is an apprenticeship role, which means we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and partake in professional development opportunities to enhance both their skills and knowledge.
Each of our nurseries and preschools are designed to meet the needs of each child. We have a play-based curriculum which focuses upon being outdoors, giving children limitless possibilities to explore and learn whilst having fun. If you're ready to make a real impact and facilitate transformative change, we look forward to receiving your application.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children and young people. We follow a safer recruitment process, all appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and are required to provide two suitable references.
