Hours: Full-time 36 per week, term time, flexible daily timings including before and after school hours
Days: Usually Monday-Friday buy may be some weekend events, additional 10 days to be worked outside of school hours or during closure periods
Required from: September 2024 to July 2025
Grade/Salary: Support Grade 1, £24,618pa pro-rated to £20,182pa for term time working

The Role:
Croydon High School is inviting recent school, college or university graduates with a passion for sports to join our Gap Year Assistant programme starting September 2024. This unique opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in delivering PE curricular and co-curricular activities at an exceptional independent day school. As a Gap Year Assistant, you'll be integral to the Physical Education Department, contributing to lessons, sports events, and school-wide activities including assemblies and clubs. Your involvement will extend to organising and participating in events like Sports Days and Open Days, going beyond the conventional school hours.
