Welcome to Arncliffe Court! Our Home is a vibrant community where Residents are encouraged to stay active and continue with their favourite hobbies and pastimes, or try something new from our varied activities schedule. We’ve communal spaces for socialising and also quiet areas to while away a peaceful afternoon with a good book or by listening to a favourite radio station.
The day shift is: 08:00 - 20:00
The night shift is:20:00 - 08:00
Your Responsibilities...
Working with Residents’ and families to deliver high level person-centered care.
Being a key worker/Manager to the Care staff on shift, whilst providing the highest standard of hands-on care
Liaising with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcome for each Resident.
Maintaining a safe environment for staff, Residents, and visitors according to Health and Safety and CQC requirements whilst always maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Resident.
