What you’ll do:
- Oversee and support the preparation, production, and presentation of food to the highest standard, while understanding nutritional needs and environmental impact.
- Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and maintain accurate records and accounts
- Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH.
- Support staff orientation and team training and development.
What you bring:
- Food safety level 3 and minimum 5 years of experience in hands-on cooking.
- Experience in menu planning and production
- Computer literality
- Excellent communication skills
