About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students. You will be initially employed by Teaching Personnel, with the potential for the right candidate to transition to a permanent school contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality education
- Support individual or small groups of students to enhance their learning
- Help with classroom management and organisation
- Provide care and support to ensure the well-being of all students
- Contribute to planning and preparation of learning activities
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent is advantageous
- A current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new one
- Previous experience in a UK educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Residency in the UK
