Are you eager and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children who need that extra bit of support? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a welcoming and growing school in Haringey!

Communication lies at the heart of what we do. We believe that effective communication is key to helping children learn, grow, and develop to their fullest potential.

A significant number of children in our setting have Autism, and they may face challenges in communication or require specific adaptations to thrive. If you're seeking a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference in a child's life, then this role is for you!

About the Role:
- Supporting the class teacher to ensure children receive appropriate support.
- Working one-on-one with children, engaging them in activities to promote development and learning.
- Supporting children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Pathological Demand Avoidance, and Speech and Language challenges.
- Monday to Friday, 8:25 am - 3:30 pm.

About You:
- Compassionate and proactive, with a natural intuition and sensitivity to children's needs.
- Versatile and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced school environment where no day is the same.
- Previous experience is preferable but not essential, as training will be provided in various areas, including safeguarding, teaching assistance, and special needs awareness.
