Are you a skilled and motivated Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and respected legal environment?

Established over 100 years ago, our client is a traditional high street legal firm based in a thriving market town in the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog – formerly known as the Brecon Beacons National Park. There are good road links to Cardiff, Swansea and Hereford. They provide a broad range of private client services to their clients, and pride themselves on high standards of professionalism, integrity, and expertise. Their team is dedicated to delivering a quality legal service across all their practice areas, ensuring that their clients receive the guidance and support they need to navigate complex legal matters with confidence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other experienced legal professionals and make a meaningful contribution to the firm's business ethic. You will be responsible for your own caseload of residential and/or commercial/agricultural conveyancing matters, with the assistance of support staff and the rest of the team.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience in residential and/or commercial/agricultural conveyancing
• Proficiency in freehold, leasehold and unregistered conveyancing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently; and
• Commitment to upholding the values and standards of the firm

What will your role look like?

• You will manage your own caseload, from initial instructions to completion of the matter
• You will need to liaise with clients, solicitors, and other agencies to provide timely updates and support in order to progress matters to a timely conclusion
• Ensure that client confidentiality and ethical standards are maintained in all aspects of your work
