University Hospital Bristol and Weston provides a wide range of teaching and learning programmes across the organisation including, International recruitment, the Healthcare Support worker programme, Preceptorship programme and the Clinical Skills curriculum and the Practice Development practice Educators will be involved in the delivery of all practice development programmes. The practice development practice educator will be a key role within the practice development team and the role will cover five main areas of work detailed below.

1. Leading the planning, preparation and evaluation of the clinical skills programme.

2. Delivery of teaching across all practice development programmes.

3. Act as the clinical learning and development link to relevant clinical forums within UHBW.

4. Responsible for relevant deliverables within the education strategy objectives, milestones linked to the clinical skills provision.

5. Monitor and track trust compliance and competency status using the trust Learner Management System
