Paraplanner - London - Exciting Opportunity in Financial Planning!

Roles and Responsibilities: We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our clients team! As part of your key roles, you'll be involved in producing fund switch letters, handling withdrawals, and conducting necessary research. Analysing information from clients and providers, utilising research tools, and evaluating existing products will be essential. Additionally, you'll be responsible for fund performance comparisons, preparation of suitability/recommendation reports, and more.

Additional Roles Include:

- Scheduling calls and obtaining information from clients.
- Communicating with third parties and providers for detailed information.
- Preparing client valuations and annual review packs.
- Assisting advisers by obtaining necessary information and performing research.

Experience and Skills: We're seeking individuals with:

- Strong communication skills, including a friendly telephone manner.
- A minimum of 2 years in the financial services industry.
- Practical knowledge of financial planning, pensions, and investments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), including customer service.
- Experience with industry tools such as Dynamic Planner, CashCalc, etc.
- Self-motivation, a proactive work ethic, and adaptability to feedback.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to the growth of an ambitious company.
- Good financial and mathematical literacy.

Qualifications: Partway or completion of your Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum of three exams under CII).

Package and Further Information:

- Salary: £28k - £45k (DOE) + monthly bonus (approx. 10-15% of salary).
- Central London office-based role with 1-day working from home per week.
- Core hours: Monday – Friday (9 am – 5:30 pm).
