Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining the operational excellence of our retail environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and personal care, with a keen focus on empowering customers to embrace and care for their natural beauty.
Main duties include:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and foster a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
- Drive store sales through proactive customer engagement, personalized selling techniques, and in-depth product knowledge.
- Monitor and respond to client feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supervise and motivate the retail floor team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and support ongoing training and development.
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail floor, including effective product placement, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management to implement promotional strategies and events that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Skills and Education:
- Proven experience in retail sales supervisory, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
