Crynodeb
This role will provide support to Voluntary Sector managers in PCMH managing clinical staff, ensuring that LYPFT support can be accessed in a timely way to meet the wellbeing needs of individuals and aid the delivery of the service. The CTM will oversee the citywide PCMH service delivery, ensuring that this operates safely and effectively. The CTM will provide clinical expertise and support to PCMH clinical staff on a continual basis. The CTM will contribute to service improvement, ensuring they play a key leadership role in developing clinical practice from an operational perspective.
