Join our forward-thinking digital team who are leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to drive innovation and efficiency. Our vision is to enable our teams to make smarter decisions and take ownership of the experience we deliver to all stakeholders.
The Role:
As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital initiatives. You will lead the development of our new Trade Remedies Service (with our partner supplier) and take this into live delivery with a product-centric approach. You will own the future development of products and features on the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring they meet our high standards for usability and performance. You may manage products outside of the Microsoft Power Platform also.
We will provide you with opportunities to upskill and develop in the role so if you demonstrate potential we will work with you to obtain any necessary accreditations to become an expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate product vision and strategy for the new Trade Remedies Service and future Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide products from conception to launch.
- Understand user needs and gather product requirements.
- Develop new features and prioritise product backlog items.
- Work closely with internal and supplier digital teams to deliver value into the business quickly and effectively.
- Use feedback and performance metrics to continuously review the service and deliver continuous improvements.
- Develop and lead the TRA Digital Centre of Excellence – owning and governing our power platform services and citizen development and providing expert support to colleagues.
- Champion product-centric development and agile ways of working, building awareness and understanding across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of design, technology and data principles.
- Apply knowledge to work with other roles and groups in Government Digital and Data.
