JOB DESCRIPTION
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 33 year old young women living in Pentre. I am a kind, funny and chatty person who enjoys debating about politics. I love going to the cinema and book shops. I would like a PA who can take me out in the community and let me do new activities such as swimming and martial arts as I want to keep fit and healthy. I am also very interested in learning the Cantonese and Japanese languages. I would like someone who has an awareness of ASD.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the job is to take me out in the community.
HOURS OF WORK
4 hours per week
RATES OF PAY
£11.60 p/h
£0.40 for mileage
TASKS INVOLVED
· Taking me out in the community to activities I enjoy
· Keeping me company
· Engaging me in conversations
TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED
· Friendly

· Car driver/ has their own car
· Has an understanding of ASD
ABOUT THE JOB
This will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period of six months will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid four-weekly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive appropriate holidays and holiday pay. This post is subject to an enhanced police check (DBS) and training may be required if identified by the employer.
