We are looking for experienced Support Workers to to work in a supported-living unit within the Ironville and Riddings area of Nottingham. This property cares for up to 9 young adults living, with a diagnosis of ASD, moderate to severe learning disability and additional severe and complex challenges.
In this role you will be caring for the service users, helping them with their everyday needs and enhancing their quality of life. This position promises to be rewarding, with each day being different from the next.
Responsibilities include:
• Attending to personalised care plans
• Completing daily activities with the service users
• Filling out relevant paperwork
• Household/domestic duties

To demonstrate your experience and suitability for the role of Support Worker you will need:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
Due to the location of the home, it is essential that you have your own transport.
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
This is an ongoing position for work
Hours are available from Monday to Friday with the usual times being from 08:00 to 20:00.
The rate of pay will be between £11.44 per hour
