Summary


Full time 37.5 hours per week. Permanent post.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking and dynamic Personal Assistant to join the Anaesthetic and Surgical Services Division and Diagnostic and Support Services Division, supporting the senior management team as a Personal Assistant. The divisions remain separate, however the divisional admin team merged teams in July 2022 to ensure efficiency, productivity and cross divisional working.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, exceptionally well organised individual to support the Divisional Management Teams. The post holder will work closely with the Divisional Director of Operations and Deputy Divisional Director of Operations, organising meetings, taking minutes of meetings and ensure smooth running of the administration for the management team. Main duties of the job:

Take responsibility for tasks that are delegated to you and ensure information and/or replies requested are pursued and received within the appropriate timescales. This will entail a good understanding of the work of the Division and the ability to foster good working relationships with staff internal and external to the Trust

Maintain knowledge of NHS developments/initiatives both locally and nationally and Trust policies and procedures

Organise and prepare meetings, agendas and minutes

Planning, organising and managing diaries
