Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products in a production setting. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use both hand and power tools.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 06.30-16.45pm.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
- Collect all necessary parts, tools, and equipment for each assembly job.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes.
- Ability to use power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
