Our client a well-established company are currently recruiting a Proposals Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing bid proposals for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and competitive bid proposals for construction projects.
Conduct research and analysis on potential projects, clients, and competitors to gather relevant information for proposal development.
Coordinate and manage the proposal process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company guidelines and client requirements.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including estimators, engineers, and marketing teams, to gather necessary information for proposal development.
Assist in maintaining a database of proposal templates, case studies, and other relevant documentation.
Support the continuous improvement of proposal development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in senior / proposal coordination or bid management position.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with marketing activities, such as creating compelling content or supporting marketing campaigns, is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is advantageous.

Offering:

£35k - £45k per annum DOE
Hours Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm / Friday 8am - 4pm (1hour lunch)
33 days including statutory holidays and ability to buy additional 5 days
Hybrid working - 3 days in office during training and then agreed with Line Manager
