Crynodeb
We are looking for a Porter to work within a high end law firm based in EC4R 3TT with an Immediate start role to last until end of July with potential to extend
Must have Enhanced DBS dated in the last 3 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Organise room setups and manage provision of equipment and other items required in each room.
- Assist with workstation churning as and when needed.
- Maintain high standards of services.
- Manage and monitor all set-ups related bookings on Condeco software (training will be provided).
- Support the Facilities team with post/courier collections and deliveries from Loading Bay, and other tasks that may be required.
Professional and Personal Qualifications and Requirements:
- Physically fit to handle diverse physical tasks on a daily basis.
- Trained in Manual Handling. Fire Marshal and First Aid trained is an advantage, but not strictly required.
- Ability to respond to multiple requests and work under pressure to fulfil requirements.
- Excellent customer services.
