Job Title: Deputy Manager

Location: Falkirk

£30000-£35000 PA

Job Description: I am currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to join a team. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of our service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the service
  • Leading and supervising a team of support workers
  • Ensuring that care and support is delivered in line with individual care plans and company policies and procedures
  • Undertaking assessments and reviews of individual care plans
  • Supporting with staff recruitment, training, and development
  • Monitoring and maintaining the health, safety, and wellbeing of clients and staff
  • Building positive relationships with clients, families, carers, and external professionals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within the social care sector
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
