Location: Chickenhall Lane, Eastleigh, Hampshire

Role Purpose

To maintain the admin, working alongside the planner and supervisors. Providing timely updates to customers. Ensure the gangs have their work on Corona, close the work for commercial team. Be liaison for Southern Water call centre for civils work via email in the county inbox.

Role Summary

• Daily management of the work group for civils
• Ensure gangs have work sent to phone in a timely manner
• Send supervisors/gangs sewer maps and utility drawings
• Update and manage the Civils work list for the County
• Update customers by telephone and keep CSMS updated
• Close completed work orders in time for billing
• Answer enquiries via email from Southern Water
• Provide admin support to other counties when required
• Be part of a 1 in 4 call out rota to provide drawings to operatives in emergencies
• Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post

• Knowledge and understanding of Maps (O/S)
• Understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Southern Water IT systems (Ellipse, CSMS, Mapinfo)
• Understanding of Cappagh Browne IT Systems (Corona)
