Facilities Manager - Brough / Towcester (infrequent travel) - Full time
We are looking for a Facilities Manager with a strong background in technical services. As a people manager you will have managed both hard and soft services ensuring high levels of delivery within KPI's, and maintaining budget management ensuring fulfilling of financial targets. As you will play a key role in the audit process you will be experienced in management information, operational finance and reporting.
In summary, your role involves overseeing service delivery for two specialized sites, collaborating with the client to provide timely value-added services. You manage site service teams, ensuring exemplary facilities services, compliance, and performance against Key Performance Indicators. Additionally, you foster long-term customer relationships and drive operational excellence.
You will be pivotal in engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships including managing multi-disciplinary teams. Holding an IOSH certificate you will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of CDM regulations.
You will also be proficient in IT and Microsoft Office. Holding a valid drivers license.
