Following some exciting growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Junior Project Manager to join our thriving Business Change team here at Redde Northgate in Darlington.
Redde Northgate is a FTSE 250 plc, comprising of 10 industry leading operating companies.
Joining our dynamic Group Business Change as a Junior Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in providing administrative support to Group Change Team and seamlessly coordinating all the activities to drive organisational change initiatives to ensure successful completion of the projects.
In this role, you'll ensure that every stage of the project, right from planning to execution is completed, you will take ownership of tracking the progress, organising meetings and providing the ongoing update reports for the stakeholders.

About you• Whilst ongoing support and mentoring will be provided, you will already have some previous experience in a similar role and in delivering projects within an IT or Business facing environment.• Excellent communication and relationship building skills – including stakeholder engagement.• Self-motivated and focused on your personal development. • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills• Excellent MS Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint• Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.• Good working knowledge of MS SharePoint is desirable but not essential.• An understanding of systems and software development processes (Software development Lifecycle) would be an advantage.
