Vector are currently recruiting for a Temporary Admin Assistant for one of our thriving Drainage Contractors based in New Alresford, Hampshire.
Position: Admin Assistant – Temporary Contract
Roles and Responsibilities: As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, preparing documents for meetings, office support to the supervisors, updating spreadsheets and recording holidays.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am – 5pm
- However, hours can be negotiable and possible option for part time hours.
Salary:
- £11.44 per hour
Requirements:
- Access to personal transportation, as the depot is not easily reachable via public transit.
- Previous administration support and/or experience in an administrative position would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple tasks competently and accurately meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
